Interrupt it in real time
You start catching the pattern before it takes hold. Breath protocols, somatic anchors, and real-time tools that work in the moments that matter.
Week 6–8
Build new internal responses
The new response gets stabilized so it lasts beyond our work together. You leave leading yourself differently — not needing a session to access steadiness.
